Returns and Exchanges

Exceptional Cases

In extremely rare situations where a return must be made, we will assess the circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please note that such exceptions are subject to the following conditions:

a. Unopened Items: Only unopened items with an intact seal will be eligible for consideration for return.
b. Restocking Fee: In the event that a return is approved, a 10% restocking fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
c. Shipping Responsibility: In cases where returns are accepted, the customer is responsible for both the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that the refund will be issued for the product's cost minus the restocking fee and any shipping charges incurred.

Shipping Schedule

Our online store operates 24/7, and we process and ship orders Friday at 5:00 PM PST through Sunday at 7:00 PM PST, excluding select holidays. Orders for products without shipping restrictions will be processed and shipped within 5 days of purchase. If your order has not been fulfilled within 7 days of purchase (excluding weekends, major holidays, and preorders), please contact us anytime at will@vivalasfoilstcg.com.

Cost of Shipping

Free Shipping: Orders with a value of $450 or more (within the contiguous United States) qualify for free shipping. This offer excludes Hawaii and Alaska and is subject to changes and exclusions.

Flat Rate: Orders valued less than $450 within the contiguous United States will incur a flat $10 fee for shipping and handling.

Customs Fees & Import Taxes

Customers are solely responsible for any customs fees or import taxes imposed by their respective countries. These costs are separate from product prices and shipping fees at the time of purchase. We encourage customers to familiarize themselves with their country’s customs rules and fees prior to placing an order.

Order Processing & Shipment

We strive to process and ship orders promptly. In most cases, processing and shipping will occur within 5 days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note this time is an estimate and may vary depending on order volume or other unforeseen factors.

Preorders

If your order contains a preorder item, the entire order will not ship until all items in the order are available for processing. To avoid delays:

Place preorders separately from other preorder items with different release dates.

Purchase preorder items separately from already-released items.

If you would like to receive all items in one package, tracking will only be updated once all items are ready for processing. Release dates for preorder items are listed on their respective product pages.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information for monitoring your shipment via USPS or UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, order weight, item count, and third-party delays. While we strive to ensure accurate delivery estimates, unforeseen events may occasionally affect delivery times.

Signature Confirmation

Orders valued at $750 or more paid through the Viva Las Foils checkout process will require Signature Confirmation upon delivery. Orders paid directly, outside the Viva Las Foils checkout process, may be shipped without Signature Confirmation.
